Woodard is a well balanced well rounded well oiled machine of a company and their entire staff is responsible & personable from the building managers to the maintenance workers. They take care of issues with efficiency and attention to detail and are masters at delegation... So many hands on deck that too much never seems to fall on one person. Navigated the initial leasing process for a unit at Cardinal Court by Woodard Apartments, in June 2025. Hez Dillon showcased us the unit via a zoom tour and answered all the questions we had about the property, prior to signing the lease. Hez was very responsive and helpful to us, and would recommend him towards potential tenants. We will update this review with details of the overall experience with the property after move-in.
